“We stayed here for one night on our way to Minehead and it was one of the most disappointing hotel stays we’ve had. We booked this hotel specifically because it advertised air-conditioned rooms. “A lovely, quiet place and a great spot to relax. The hotel room and bathroom were clean, and the spa facilities were excellent. A big shout-out to Sam, who did my treatment—she was absolutely amazing and made the experience even more enjoyable.
