“We had a wonderful experience at the Llechwen Hall Hotel, thanks to the exceptional customer service from the entire team. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and regularly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed without ever being intrusive. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service really made the meal even more enjoyable. The contemporary rooms with air conditioning was a treat ans unexpected. We loved it. “Lovely place to stay and staff were so welcoming and helpful. We enjoyd the hearty breakfast. The location is great to travel by train in to Cardiff city centre. We will return and hopefully arrive earlier to fit in an evening meal - menu looked good.”

“Breakfast was very good and in a lovely peaceful garden. Staff in the hotel were fantastic, really helpful even under pressure. It was horribly hot the weekend that we were there (unusual for Cardiff) but they did everything possible to make us comfortable with fans (no air-conditioning).”
