Vacations Close To Trapiches

We had to move rooms as soon as we got there due to the AC howling loudly. Returned the 3rd day and the ceiling in bathroom was hanging down. Several times with no hot water, one day no water at all. The food was mediocre at best. The Altitude package was worthless. The rooftop bar it allows you in was closed the whole time. One of the restraunts it gives you access to burned down. The swim out pool was the best!!!!

Everything was phenomenal

The hotel was good overall. The staff were efficient. There was an emergency alarm that went off in the middle of the night waking us up out our sleep and we were forced to evacuate the rooms with no explanation. Staff in the halls did not speak english and so were not helpful to explain what was going on nor was it addressed to what happen for the remainder of the stay. Additionally, the bars need to know when it’s time to cut someone off from drinking . Seeing guests in such disarray from overly intoxication to where they are unsafe and vomiting at the pool was disturbing for guests. I hope the property takes matters such as this into consideration before someone gets hurt.
