“Encontrar el hotel no fue complicado. Esta cerca de Dotonbori pero en unas calles tranquilas. La ubicación es perfecta. Al llegar al hotel la impresión no fue buena. Parecía que estaban de mudanza, con un montón de bultos cubiertos de sabanas. Luego nos dimos cuenta de que eran las maletas de la gente. El recepcionista fue muy amable. En la primera habitación que nos dio el aire acondicionado hacia mucho ruido y pedimos otra. El hotel necesita una renovación. Los futones eran bastante finos y...

“A small inn ran by an old couple; I didn't see much of the husband, he seemed to be busy doing various tasks around the property. The wife was a kind lady, who will help you easily if you need it, she also has a decent grasp of English so you shouldn't need much google translate, especially if you know a bit if Japanese yourself. ”

“The hotel well maintained and clean, both kaiseki dinner and breakfast was excellent. Onsen have 1st floor indoor ginsen & kinsen for hotel guests, 2nd indoor/3rd open air bath open for public. Staff very attentive and helpful especially for shuttle bus and helping me to get to the bus station and catching the correct bus. When check in, they really patient to explain each floor amenities and dinner/breakfast location, also there's welcome drink lounge self serve. I'll definitely stay again on...
