Where do I begin Upon arriving we pulled up to the hotel at approximately 1230p. They’re weren’t any cars in the lot, then remembered that we needed to go to the other property to check in. We got there she told me that I was way early and she confirmed my phone number to text me when the room was ready. At 300p we decided to go back to the hotel to wait for the text. We looked inside and the room was clean and ready, since no text yet we decided to get into the pool and again wait for her text. At 400p I then began to get a little upset as 3 other people were now entering their rooms before us. When I called I kept getting a voicemail. I finally was able to reach a live person and she was able to contact her directly and let her know and she transferred me and she said she was sorry she was helping other guests, like the ones that arrived after us but was able to enter a lot earlier than us. Well, we finally got into the room at 415p. Not anything to be proud of for sure. I would have to agree with an earlier guest review who said it was a dressed up motel 6 and definitely not a $300/night room by any means. There were 5 of us ladies and only one mirror and it was in the bathroom. Pillows stained. Tables stained. No decoration whatsoever. Fridge leaked. Curtains did not cover windows and dragged the floor. Bright lights coming through at night. Headboards not tightened to the beds banging on wall with movement. Pool area was dirty. Not a satisfying experience whatsoever!!!!!
