Vacations Close To The Town Mall Shopping Center

Property was nice! Room was as expected! Valet/service was much to be desired! Room service snd bar service was some of the worst I’ve ever encountered! Was told by room service they had water; but if I wanted then I had to come get them myself! She wasn’t delivering them! Bartender in the hotel lounge was so bad it was laughable!! Told us she was doing us a favor by waiting on us! Lost her mind when I ask for 3 small bowls to put nuts in so our party of eight didn’t have to pass around the same cardboard cup she put them in!

Room was so humid ot was wet inside...

Trouble getting staff to coordinate extending stay from 1 night to 2, required supervisor.Took 3 attempts and maintenance person to get door open while standing in boot with broken foot and lack of seating. Family member couldn’t get car out of parking and required Uber to make it late to funeral. Bed is comfortable.

The rooms were fairly clean, and we had no real issues. For the price, it was a great value and a great location (if you’re doing a lot of stuff downtown). I would stay there again at that price. The biggest negatives for us were this: (1) The loading/unloading area, foyer, and elevator reeked of weed almost every time we passed through. Our family joked about getting a contact high. And (2) The option of connecting rooms was not an option (it wasn’t selectable upon booking online or at the front desk upon asking).

This hotel is very nice and right in the middle of things. They have a restaurant and bar, but sadly didn't use it for breakfast. The room is nice and modern with a comfortable bed. I would return.
