We were the only ones that use the pool and that was wonderful. The staff was wonderful with a missing item that we had to ship from the hotel to Wisconsin. Overall, the facility was nice and we would stay there again.

Comfortable stay. My only two small complaints were that the breakfast was a little lacking and the floor of my shower was creaky. But the rooms are clean and comfortable and staff is polite which makes this an easy place to stay when in Etown.

Breakfast was good- eggs, toast, cereal, fruit, that sort of thing. The suite was extremely large and the sofa bed was comfortable, giving all parties a nice place to sleep. Overall, it was a great room for a great price. We got in too late and left too early to have enjoyed any amenities.

I have stayed at several hotels in Etown around the same price range, and the Ramada is my favorite. The building seems to be fairly new, the staff is very friendly, the continental breakfast is great, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable, the tv works, and the fridge actually gets cold. It's far enough away from the main road, so you don't hear road noise. I am quite satisfied with this hotel, and I will continue to return.

Front desk personnel were great. I even witnessed the manager expertly, politely, and professionally deal with a rude, upset guest. The hotel was clean and staff was nice. The only down side was that a guest in the room above me was very loud. I asked the desk to ask them to keep it down. He either didn't speak to tue guest or the guest (which is most likely) just ignored him. Otherwise a nice stay.
