Bad A) checked in around midnight - front desk person was way more invested in his rick and Morty playing on his labtop than me. When I asked questions he actually told me he would answer my questions when he was ready. B ) pool has plants growing out of it C) don't know how else to describe the smell of the second floor 700 area except like a retirement home - soiled diaper like D) sink was clogged E) there was literal dried blood that appeared to look like an outline of a leg in the bath. Good A) Ac worked great B) the room itself was clean C) checked out with a African American man in a Louisville shirt - he was amazing and friendly - if you see this you are the reason why I didn't give it one star

You get what you pay for. We got a pretty good deal on this hotel room. We were only staying for the night arrive late, but didn’t feel the cleanest the bathroom shower faucet was loose. They had a couch out of order and I would agree with another review. Who said if you want protein you need to bring the protein for the free breakfast but typical of a free breakfast.

The main lobby looked nice and comfortable and was met with a lovely receptionist, however after going through several rooms with issues or animal urine Oder, broken bed, a dead door, flicking bathroom lights, and the strong abundant Oder or mildew in each room outside of the one that smelled like pet Oder the stay was terrible, the bath tub was also poorly kept to a of soap scum build up and rust coming through so a shower was out of the questions! We cut it short and left the receptionist that was there when I checked out in the middle of the night was an older male that didn’t seem to want to be bothered and was not friendly at all! I do not recommend this place just go up the street to the La Quinta the rooms there are clean and every time I visit I am met with exceptional customer service!

The hallways smell very old and musty but the room smelled just fine. We arrived later at night and was staying the whole weekend. Our key card wouldn't work in the door the first night, so we had to get let into our room. The man at the front desk was very nice and walked down and let us in our room. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom, so we showered first thing in the morning with no shower curtain. We came back in the middle of the day and our door was left open by the maid for no telling how long. Luckily none of our item were taken. The bed was comfortable, and everything was clean.

You get what you pay for. This property is in poor shape. Our room was what was pictured but had a lot of mystery stains on the walls in the room and bathroom. The floors in the bathroom weren’t clean. The bathtub was rusted and did not look clean. The bed was fine. The room had an odor. The air worked well though. The breakfast was very limited, enough so that we went elsewhere.

We really enjoyed our stay at this facility. The room has plenty of room to move around. It was clean and comfortable. We were so happy they are pet friendly because we love to travel with our fur baby. The staff was so pleasant and very accommodating.
