“We were arriving late but they wait for us and gave us the keys and checking process was very fast and good.”

“Our room was filthy every surfaces had inground dust/dirt bathroom had mold cracked sink in bathroom the matt was very dirty Toilet seat was falling off I couldn't get out of the bathroom (I did in the end) the bathroom door spring was loose needed a new one window bedroom was falling forward Our door enterance dorr handle was falling off both sides the outside of room carpet very grubby needs deep clean i wasn't very happy went for drinks at the bar several people was smoking (Vaping)”

“En general bien pero tuve el problema que de la regadera no salía el agua caliente! Solo de la tina así que imagínense el relajo para bañarse, el hotel limpio y lindo junto a un río aunque algo alejado de la zona de más interés. Tienes que tomar taxi a fuerza. El desayuno es lo mejor, delicioso y preparado por una señora lindisima y que cocina delicioso”

“La propiedad es muy bonita y la ubicación es privilegiada en los Cotswolds, específicamente en Lower Slaughter junto a un río y a unos pasos del molino y de senderos rurales. El pub que tiene el hotel es muy cómodo y cuando hace buen clima tienen un jardín con un food truck y bancas para disfrutar el día. La habitación estuvo muy cómoda y limpia, con suficientes enchufes y muy amplia. La comida estuvo buena sin ser nada especial. Todo el personal fue muy amable.”

“Bed was lovely and comfortable. Room was very nice. Struggling to get in and out of the shower. Staff on the whole were lovely but felt there was an atmosphere of discontentment amongst staff. Food expensive with service charge added without giving us the opportunity to say no. Rats running around the skip outside. Needs a general paint job outside. Leaving on a positive the breakfast was lovely.”

“Everyone was so friendly, not just in the Inn but the Village as a whole. The room was very comfortable, with only a short walk to the station, local walking spots & free on street parking straight across the road. We would come here again, thanks for a wonderful stay.”
