“Just a really pleasant stay”

“The carpets in the inn were filthy when walking up to the rooms! The beds were super squeaky and the room got super warm at night. We asked for a fan and were given one that doesn't work. Sleeping was almost impossible for me. The en suite bathroom we had in the double room did not only not have a latch, but the door also somehow swung and was overall very inconvenient - not ideal if you're travelling with someone who's not your partner. “Checked in around 9:00 pm and we were greeted by a drunk owner (remember this is also a pub!) then we were guided through the kitchen to our rooms upstairs which were dated and dirty. This is the first time that we had to block the door of the rooms because we felt unsafe. Avoid at all costs!”
