“During my stay, I discovered a small bug crawling on the pillow that appeared to be a bed bug. This was quite concerning and made me uncomfortable about the cleanness of the room. I immediately reported the issue to the hotel staff, and they promptly arranged another room which I appreciated. In addition, the room had an unpleasant, musty smell.”

“Best hotel chain if you have a car. Lots of space to park, each room is its own individual trailer, and they give you a free (small) frozen dinner when you arrive.”

“The R9 hotel was nice that we could park so close to our room! The only drawback is when it is raining the water comes off in front and when trying to enter the code to the room we get all wet from the runoff. Besides that, it was great.”
