The hotel staff provided exceptional service—professional, kind, and consistently attentive. Although the rooms are quite small with limited luggage and counter space, they were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Despite the compact layout, I would gladly stay here again.

Staff is amazing, very friendly and parking is on site for a small fee. Not too far from the city area. Hotel is aging could use an update, but will do the job. Thank you!

Well located near Shizumi gardens and next to a tram stop to visit the castle. Hotel itself is ok, it needs modernising, our aircon was very noisy and ineffective. No filterred water provided. Staff were very professional, especialy the man who manages the parking system who was very kind and patient.

The staff members at the reception are nice, polite and helpful. Communication needed some effort as they speak Japanese only. The room was really a bit dated and it needs renovation. Location is good. Parking charge ¥900 a day (perhaps in the city area). A family mart is within 2mins walking distance. Daily room cleaning needs request in advance (default no cleaning, even emptying the rubbish bin). Anyway, overall it is okay at least everything and facility inside the room was functional.

For some reason, I was placed on the Service floor, where the cleaning staff keeps all their things. I don’t know why I was the only person on that floor, the third floor to the right of the elevators. It was the darkest drabbest floor on the whole hotel and my blanket had stains on it and a funny smell.

チェックインから丁寧に説明されスムーズに手続きができました。また、最初に案内された部屋のオートロックが作動しないトラブルがありフロントに電話したところ、直ぐに別の部屋に案内していただいたため、安心して宿舎することができました。 機会が有ればまた利用したいです。

部屋は綺麗で、受付の人もとても良い対応をしていただきました。 ただ、お風呂の蛇口がとんでもなく硬いこと、シャワー蛇口の切り替えが分かりづらいこと、シャワーをかけるところの下段がなく、かなり上に設置しないといけないことが残念でした。 それ以外はとても良いホテルでした。
