“Our recent stay at the Rocana Hotel was unfortunately quite disappointing. While some members of staff were fun, friendly, and welcoming, others came across as the complete opposite, which made the overall experience feel inconsistent.

“I was on the top floor & on my first afternoon work was taking place on the roof & it drove me crazy. It was happening the following afternoon too but for a much shorter period.
Everything else was really good.
Nights were quiet enough

The bed provided a good and comfortable sleep experience.
The bathroom ventilation fan was working well.
There was proper lighting at the dressing desk, which was helpful for makeup or grooming.
The air conditioner cooled the room effectively.
The lift was in good condition and functioned properly.

“Dreamcatcher's home is an excellent place, rooms are small, but they are extremely clean, the beds are very comfortable, and the shower/bathroom is huge and very clean, A/C is nice and chilly as well which is a staple for the region! Thank you guys for the excellent stay!”

“On one of the day my room was not cleaned,i asked the guy and he said i did not inform him,i told him it should be the other way around,if i inform him not to clean then there is no need to clean otherwise he should clean.Maybe the management should put the label slider or a hanger on the door to indicate if cleaning of the room is required.
Other than that,not much issues,room and toilet is small but i took the standard room and for the price,there is no complaints.There is only one coffee shop...
