“Our recent stay at the Rocana Hotel was unfortunately quite disappointing. While some members of staff were fun, friendly, and welcoming, others came across as the complete opposite, which made the overall experience feel inconsistent.

“Dreamcatcher's home is an excellent place, rooms are small, but they are extremely clean, the beds are very comfortable, and the shower/bathroom is huge and very clean, A/C is nice and chilly as well which is a staple for the region! Thank you guys for the excellent stay!”

“I was on the top floor & on my first afternoon work was taking place on the roof & it drove me crazy. It was happening the following afternoon too but for a much shorter period.
Everything else was really good.
Nights were quiet enough

“This place needs major upkeep. The room was disgusting. We supposed to stay two nights. No way, we left the next day and booked another hotel. I lost my money in the night we didn’t stay, but it was worth it. Also had a major ant problem. Wife couldn’t sleep as she said she kept feeling thing crawl on her.”

2. Guider for birdwatcher and nature walk are good but can do better. For birdwatch, should bring the guest to the kayak area where more exclusive bird hang around and not lobby and dinning. Nature walk is quite nice but need a bit more training. For both, best i suggest give a guideline on topic to show and say. And if possible collect or take picture for animal evidence like bird feathers, otter walk around the estate, snake skin. ”

Em relação à acomodação, as fotos apresentadas são mais atrativas do que o apartamento em si, que possui características antigas, especialmente visíveis nas paredes. As casas de banho são funcionais, porém escuras. Os corredores de acesso apresentam um cheiro desagradável, provavelmente devido a lixeira próximo a uma das portas do corredor.
