“I just wanted to share how much I enjoyed my recent stay at your hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel truly welcome. Check-in was quick and friendly, and the room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location was perfect, the amenities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was warm and professional. Special thanks to the front desk and housekeeping teams for their attentive service — it made a real difference. I would gladly return and...

“Great stay in a great location.”

“Arrived on Sunday evening. Had been held up at an engagement but had a table booked during my journey for 20.45. Arrived at the pub/reception at 20.53 (booking line stated I had a 15 minute grace period). Told rather rudely that the kitchen had closed ages ago. “La atención de la recepcionista y la camarera de piso fue excelente pero las habitaciones están muy descuidades y se nota que falta personal de limpieza. Camas rotas, sofá y moqueta sucios y viejos, la ducha se sale por encima de la cortina e inunda el baño. ”

The room lacked basic information about hotel amenities, services and breakfast times/location; the only information provided was the...

“Rooms are fine, poor restaurant but reception staff I would say that if were nobody would be even a better experience. I won’t repeat There’s no transfer to the airport and if you need a taxi, good luck! And don’t ask at reception, no help at all”

“During 4 days, nobody made our room up….. ”
