“The chairs are filthy, the handle was hanging off the bathroom door which was the size of a small broom cupboard and the walls don't reach the ceiling. It's a small bedsit which you get to up a fire escape. No idea how it gets such good reviews. Also the radiator didn't work and the WiFi gave up part way through our stay and the TV stopped working. Sometimes we could here what next door guests were saying word for word! Only positives were the nice water and juice and Bed was ok. Pretty grim...
