“Perfect location for local pubs, cafes and restaurants. Stockbridge generally and the 3 cups in particular have a relaxed vibe. Staff at 3 cups very friendly. Very good breakfast and restaurant….simple food but well done. The garden in summer is very tranquil”

“Quaint property with rooms in the main building and in an outer building across a patio with table seating where we had a quiet, well-equipped, modern room. The Inn is a short walk to a scenic marsh and pond with fish/eel traps and a bench for savoring the peaceful view. The town of Stockbridge, about a mile away, is wonderful for window shopping (and purchasing!) and is the start of a beautiful picturesque 'marsh walk' through grazing cows and lovely pastures. “High Street facing rooms are a bit noisy. The hotel provides ear plugs, but they are not the most comforable things to put on when you want to sleep. Need thicker double glazing. The shower also needs fixing: loose connections were causing the water to splash all over the place.”

“The staff were great and friendly, food was really good, especially the breakfast. The bedroom was really comfortable and the bed, pillows etc excellent. Stair carpets are tired and stained which gives a negative impression, could be rectified at not too much cost. Loved the atmosphere, would stay again”
