“Great location about 5 miles outside Shirley, ald very convenient for the NEC. Breakfast and parking included. Great value given the quality. We had a really big beautiful room (including a chaise by the window!) and the bathroom was enormous. Amazing shower, lovely big (separate) bath. Breakfast was buffet-style with hot and cold choices. Service was excellent. We would definitely come here again if in the area.”

“L.ovely home. Mary made our check-in smoother. She helped”

“Good place”

“Mucho ruido de la calle. ”

“Parking good, friendly”

“Demasiado buen hotel”

“We stayed to go to a wedding at the Manor over the road. (Really handy to be able to walk to that). Unfortunately we didn't get to use the pub except for breakfast in the morning which was really good, but the pub looked good. Rooms were clean and cosy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice sandwich shop/deli 2 doors down. Some early morning plane noise (under the flight path to Birmingham airport?), so if you are a light sleeper it might be worth bringing earplugs. Nice place...

“Good experience at check-in. Room was very clean. They set up an extra bed for the family”

“Staff helpful as we need”

“The hotel, room and bathroom were all very clean, and the staff were great. However, there is a significant issue with the soundproofing of the doors. Noise from the corridors is very noticeable. We could clearly hear people walking past having conversations at a normal volume, as well as every door closing. If you are a light sleeper, I would recommend considering a different hotel.”
