“Really nice and regrettably brief stay at this wonderful bed and breakfast ran by a lovely couple. I was made to feel at home from the start and the hosts went out of their way to help make my stay as comfortable as possible (including an offer of a lift to a local pub!). Breakfast was really high quality and ample. I will definitely look to stay again! Thank you!”

“We had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a short visit. It's a simple, no-frills place with basic amenities, but it delivered exactly what we expected. Don't judge a book by its cover. The room is renovated and unique. “Had a great stay, had a lovely welcome, really comfy bed in a lovely cottage suite (room 11). Had everything you could need for a self catering stay. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. Car parking included was a bonus. Would highly recommend with only a 10 minute walk into the centre of Bury St Edmunds. Would definitely stay again”

“We stayed in the annexe which was brilliant as it was a Saturday night and there was a do on in the main place. Couldn't hear anything from the annexe and had a wonderful sleep. Place was really clean, everything you could want, tea and coffee and biscuits, hairdryer, nothing bad to say about it.”

“Very convenient location, 9mins walk from station and 7mins walk to start of shopping area. Room was pleasant with lovely large bathroom. Clean bedlinen and comfortable bed. Shower was excellent and spacious. Nice to have coffee machine in room. Breakfast was very good and done to order. My only issues were that to access my room i had to use an outdoor fire escape and walk across roof - this was safe and easy to do but not ideal with luggage, nor was it welcoming.
