Staff were very friendly accommodating & helpful. Breakfast was included freshly cooked with good range of choices. “Stayed 2 nights for a wedding. Overall good stay apart from mattress too soft, room was very hot and a fan had been provided which was no way near adequate. Complimentary bottled water in room would have been nice. Good buffet breakfast, everything you needed. Have an electric car. Website doesn’t say anywhere to bring your own charging cable to charge car. Have never had this issue before.”

“Typical mid-range, rural conference hotel. Archaic procedures that required you to head to the reception every single time that you wanted to use fitness facilities or pool. Correct, if not very friendly service. Overpriced, but decent restaurant (besides the pub five minutes walk away, the only dining option around here). Hotel had just reopened after holidays so Wi-Fi wasn't functioning for the first 24 hours. Blimey.”
