“On arrival the reception was awful with staff unable to access records but their attitude was very off hand towards us. The room was clean but badly set up. “Really enjoyable stay. The WiFi (in our room) was very flaky, and not really working that well. Mind you we were in the very top floor so maybe that was the issue. Overall a very enjoyable stay.”

“What a beautiful hotel. I stayed in a superior double which was very well appointed. The bed was very comfortable, plenty of storage space, fluffy towels, plenty of hot water and excellent tea and coffee, biscuits and water. The owners were very friendly and made me feel most welcome. The breakfast was freshly cooked to order and was delicious. You would never go hungry. The air conditioning was a real bonus, although unfortunately it did drip a little water on the floor. My only other niggles...

“We had a lovely stay whilst visiting wookey hole. Lovely room, it was an ajoining room so great for families. Comfy big bed and great home cooked breakfast. Would defo stay again”
