Vacations Close To Sharks Cove

Hotel was really nice specially the location! I would just say the staff could be a bit more helpful, keep in mind if you’re not there for longer than 5 days they won’t clean your room. We asked for our room to be cleaned and they forgot so we had our room cleaned on the last day which just made no sense but besides that I think the stay there is worth it due to the area.

The security was ok. It was a heavy set staff member at the front desk that had no answers every time I went to ask a question and was very rude. Parking was HORRIBLE. The room was EXTREMELY dirty. It was black mold in the shower head, dirty dishes, moldy smelling blankets and dirt spots everywhere with old food. I went to the front desk and the gentleman said it was nothing he can do. The cherry on top, I had to pay a 300$ cleaning fee.

Zelloo really dropped the ball… Ala Moana by Mantra is a wonderful property we will be back in 2027

Front Desk Ms.Lindsey was very sweet at checked in! Very professional & very nice! Would def be coming back for our next stay!
