“The hotel is fine, but I was charged twice for the same stay. When I arrived the people at front desk took payment from my card, but their system (not Expedia's) had already done the same. They said this was an honest mistake, acknowledged it, and said they would refund the duplicate payment in the following days. More than a month afterwards they now refuse to do so, and it is impossible to even get in touch with the people at front desk. Their management system for problem resolution is a bot...
