“The place had the home feeling as well as the area is situated in. You get to see the locals using the beach as well as tourists. Simple place but with all you need and super clean. The reception was accomodating, helpful and really went the extra mile. The lady that was looking after the cleaning was so adorable, caring and present when needed, with a genuine pleasure to help. A feeling you can't find in many places.. Best to hire a car to explore the surroundings, a bus also operate nearby.”

“Dora is a charm, she allowed us to take the apartment before the Check-In time, she left us food to prepare in the kitchen of the accommodation, eggs, milk, juice, cereals, water, jam, butter, a real pass, also we cleans the room, makes the bed and puts out clean towels every day. “Ira apartments are run by friendly helpful staff. Vaggellis is very helpful and contacted by phone. The pool area is beautiful and clean. Vangellis can arrange tours - the sunset cruise was particularly good. He can arrange car hire if you want. There is air conditioning and a safe. As it was end of season the bar wasn't staffed but you could ask for drinks or pizza or go to the nearby shops. It was what I expected and gave me a very restful stay.”

“Situated just outside of Fira but accessible by taxi or by a 15 minute walk (from the central bus station). Everything was modern and clean. The terrace on the roof gives a magnificent point of view (Fira and the sunset on one side and the sea on the other). The hot tub was refreshing and clean. The owner was generous and child-friendly. She does not talk English but uses a translation app that she speaks directly into so we understood each other perfectly.”
