Where do I start? Upon checking in, my friend and I could tell this resort is for young adults, between 20-30. We are NOT in that category so we IMMEDIATELY wanted to upgrade to the RIU Palace next door. This is BEFORE we checked in. We were told they didn’t have any available rooms at this time and we would have to stay here for now.
Once we got to our room there was a white stain on our couch that looked like male bodily fluid. Yuck! We changed rooms.
The next room had spider webs everywhere, but we were willing to over look that. I asked for an additional blanket and when I open it there was a female panty liner folded into the blanket.
Now I know this sounds like TOO MANY THINGS, but I have pictures of each of these things. The property isn’t cleaned well IMO.
The food was ok, best food was out by the pool. Pepe’s grill was the best.
The front desk staff Paul, Brownwell, and Brittany were very nice and accommodating.
But I will NEVER stay at this property again.

The place was beautiful except for the beach area. Too many rocks and not very good for a walk without shoes. Food was good; staff were cheerful.
