Excellent activities and entertainment. Nice rooms. However I didn’t like the towels in bathroom they had a smell when you dry off or get wet. The Saint Ann’s buffet would have knats/fruit flies on the fruit suggestion is to have covered and only uncover fruit when people are getting.

Very poor service Rude staff Incompetence and common sense missing Not organized for groups Not able to accommodate family dinners 2-3 hour wait for diner Disorganized no leadership Room tenants hit or missing of they give you towel or replenish Staff only give attention if you give money

The rooms were very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful the pool and swim up bar was well maintained

Have to give this property a 5 star for everything. I was pleased with everything
