Saint-Adrien Vacations

I enjoyed the convenience of restaurants, trains, and buses during my trip. My hotel room was exemplary.

The layout was very nice and it was in a very walkable area. However, the property wasn't secure. The door was left unlocked and that was a little unsettling. The place was spacious and fit me and my family very well. However, I'd read on previous ratings that the owner doesn't answer. The owner didn't answer any of my messages prior to the trip or during. I thought that was odd. For example, it would've been helpful to know what we do with the towels when leaving or if we were required to strip the beds. Also please have someone fix the door lock, it's a little loose and janky. Other than that it was a good place

Right at the heart of old montreal, walking distance to almost everything and convenient. There's noone at front desk, but they're very quick at responding to WhatsApp messages. Despite no front desk, service and check-ins and all communications were seamless. Very quiet area and the room was lovely and clean. The lobby scent just probably need to be changed, its too strong. But you dont really spend a lot of time in lobby, so its no big deal.

Great location. A bit noisy.
