“Check-in was confusing and daunting. When I arrived in early evening, the front door was locked and the desk area was completely dark. Eventually, we went around back to look for humans, and some guests were playing ping pong and said the lady had been seen around earlier. The back door was open, though this added a flight of stairs to haul luggage up. “I would strongly advise future guests to avoid this property. The conditions were so poor that I ended up leaving the following day, as it was not suitable or comfortable to stay in for families and small children . From the moment I arrived, the overall cleanliness and upkeep were far below expectations. There was a persistent cigarette smell throughout the entire unit and the other unit as well that seemed to be absorbed into the furniture and soft surfaces, making it very unpleasant to...
