“Quite run down, bathroom had mould and when you stood in the shower then bottom of the bath flexed so you thought it was going to give way. Food in the restaurant isn't great, it's ok if you really don't want to go out but there are some lovely much better places within walking distance which are also significantly cheaper, the prices in the hotel are, in my view, excessive. “We stayed for a week over Christmas. The room was clean, comfy and fairly modern. The staff were amazing; helpful and respectful every time we spoke to them. The breakfast was good; selection of cereals, yogurts, fruit and pastries for a light breakfast. Sausage, bacon, scrambled egg and beans if you wanted something hot. Overall, excellent value for money!”
