Gorgeous hotel, staff were all lovely and the hotel was in a very ideal place for going to a concert at Co-op Live! Will absolutely stay here again for future concerts! The room was clean and comfortable and had everything you would need and expect.

The staff were brilliant during our stay, there was work being done at the stadium. It was made safe for people to get around and the electric vehicle to take people the car park was a good idea. The metro station was nearby and the staff were able to advise us on how to purchase tickets so we could visit Manchester.

Lovely clean room, had everything you could need. Ideal location if attending an event at Co-Op Live, as we were. Every member of staff we spoke to were lovely, and very friendly. Will definitely be using again for future events at the arena.

We had a fantastic stay whilst stopping for a concert at the Co-Op live, which it is perfect location for being literally a stones throw away. We even had a view of the arena from our window. The room was very nice, big comfy bed and coffee machine was a lovely touch. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Restaurant was great. We would definitely stay again if ever coming for a concert.

Brand new hotel. Outside area is still being finished and more restaurants/bars are due to open soon. Stayed one night, room was great although smaller than expected for a deluxe room. I expect the standard rooms will be quite small. Nice bar on the 1st floor with good cocktails. Also had a lovely meal on the ground floor in Little Beast.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Radisson Blu Medlock Hotel in Manchester. The hotel has only just opened, so everything is brand new, fresh and modern, which was lovely. The staff were absolutely lovely throughout our stay — very friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. Our room was really nice, comfortable and beautifully presented. Breakfast was also very nice, with a good choice and a great way to start the day. The location is fantastic, especially if you’re attending an event at the Co-op Live Arena. It’s very convenient and makes getting to and from the arena really easy. The only small negative is that there is currently quite a lot of building work going on around the hotel. This is understandable with everything being so new and hopefully will only be temporary. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely return, especially when visiting Manchester for an event at the Co-op Live Arena. Lovely new hotel, great location and fantastic staff. Highly recommended!

Everything was exceptional from booking the room and the welcome from the helpful staff. The only one issue is that there is no free parking and this has to be pre booked at £15 a night. And the shuttle bus does not take you back to your carpark even in wet weather. We would definitely stay there again we are visiting Co-op Live for another concert it’s so convenient, less than 5 minutes walk.

This hotel is right in the middle of a busy building site. I was really disappointed with the size of the room for the money paid. Aslo you have to pay a Manchester Tax which I was not made aware of. Really disappointed with the overall value for money this hotel provided. I would not recommend.

This is a brand new hotel, so teething issues are possible, but to summarise, there is a real danger of the restaurant pulling down the overall rating of this hotel, and ultimately the hotel settling to be average because they know people will book it due to the location. That shouldn’t be the vision of a premium brand. There are minor and someone irrelevant niggles everywhere which will lead to bigger problems.
