Exactly what you want for an overnight stay after a concert at the arena . Basic but clean bed and shower. Option for a kettle from reception too if needed . Would stay again for use after a concert for sure .

My stay was really good. Hotel is clean and decent. I would like to suggest that they include having a kettle in the room with tea cups or mugs with sachets of tea, coffee and sugar. That will take the service from good to excellent.

It was clean enough, staff are very friendly. Room size is soo tiny ,specially toilet sooo small, my face was soo close to the door. No refreshments in the rooms , tea or coffee, but you can have a kettle with afew bags of tea and coffee for £3.50. I did not have to use the parking, so I have no comment about it.

I had a very clean room, was allowed to stay at the same room after booking another night, excellent friendly staff, was allowed to leave my suitcase until I needed it later in the day, I had everything I needed in the room including a hairdryer and towels, very close to Manchester Piccadilly station

Great one night stay in this hotel, we really enjoyed it. Staff were extremely welcoming and friendly on arrival- we even checked in slightly early! Location was brilliant, only a short walk to the Etihad Stadium- highly recommended if staying overnight for the football. Our room was brilliant- comfy bed, small bathroom but had everything we needed and shower was very hot. We opted to have breakfast included- this was continental but there was lots of choice including meats, cheeses, breads, boiled eggs, selection of jucices and hot drinks, and pastries. Thank you for a brilliant stay!

It’s a budget hotel, good location, parking nearby, hotel carpet in the corridor need changing or cleaning as it stinks, in rooms shower and toilet is separate. Room was big enough but I was unable to understand the reason of having sink in the room, and half of the room was empty link we were gonna play badminton, overall, our stay was good and comfortable.
