Paquetes Vacacionales Incluyen Hotel y Vuelo a Rach Vem

Could not find the hotel it was a completely different name.the staff were not helpfull took over 30min for the man to come to take us to our room The room was nice bed was good but dirty walls sockets falling out there was a few bags of rice and other stuff that was left behind so i dont think they really clean the room.

Cuando llegamos nos avisaron que íbamos a tener ruido en la habitación por las obras de al lado, pedimos una habitación tranquila y contestaron que durmiéramos una noche allí y al día siguiente ya verían. Cuando fuimos a la habitación, en la escalera de subida había un enjambre de avispas y no pudimos pasar, nos recolocaron en una habitación superior, en la cual ya no tuvimos ruido y pudimos descansar bien. Eso sí, las instalaciones necesitan una reforma, la habitación tiene un mobiliario antiguo y cama en el suelo, sin somier. El desayuno está bien, pero los zumos se acaban y no los reponen, si vas antes de las 9 podrás tomas zumo de fruta de la pasión, si vas después te toca el de manzana aguado. En el equipo del hotel hay un chico coreano trabajando que habla perfecto inglés y es bastante resolutivo, gracias a él.

We liked the hotel fine, unfortunately our neighbors decided to party late, my wife went next door to ask them to quiet down and they wanted to fight?? The staff was not very helpful in this situation. There is no bar at the hotel, the beach is terrible but you can get a golf cart ride to the store.

The resort was rustic, beautiful spot on the water, the room smelt musty when we first arrived but opening it up cleared away the musty smell it was also a good drive to any of the major attractions breakfast was limited I think because we were the only ones staying there (in the low season)
