“The Mansion House was a very pleasant place to spend our few days in South Wales. The hotel and grounds were kept beautifully and the views over the estuary are just stunning .Breakfasting and dining were of a high standard and from our experience of 5* hotels , deserving of their rating. Our room was very pleasant ,though a “proper”wardrobe would have been appreciated. “The staff without exception were excellent. They were very helpful and made us feel very welcome. The cooked breakfast was good on both mornings. The internal appearance of the restaurant, breakfast room and lounge was very pleasing. Our room was small but adequate for a short stay. Bed linen and towels were immaculate. Negatives. Hotel supplied winter duvets which were much too warm for June. Both nights were therefore uncomfortably wam. We stayed a Sunday and Monday night and the restaurant...

“The Hotel has parking first come first serve very Narrow drive through alley. Does not have a dessert menu this is done by staff telling you whats on the menu it also does not have a wine list this is very limited. ”

“Rooms 1 and 7 were clean and comfy. No. 1 was stuffy (possibly due to hot weather and no air con) and smelt of cooking . No. 7 was cooler but affected by traffic noise as there was a fair amount of traffic throughout the night. Not ideal for light sleepers. Can’t comment on the meals as we didn’t eat there. Easy access to Pendine Sands.”
