I've stayed here a couple of times previously and find the hotel well located to access the M4 and Swansea city centre. It has easy access to a wonderful beach and the marina with nice surroundings overall. The parking is very convenient and easy with ample space and located in front of the hotel. The staff are wonderful and helpful, with a special mention to the housekeeping staff led by Sarah and the front desk staff who very kindly made me Guest of the Day, which was very nice touch and greatly appreciated. The rooms are comfortable and quiet with comfy beds, though the air con units can be a little loud when in use. I always enjoy my stay here and intend to stay again.

Generally the hotel is calm and friendly as the environment, all the staff were helpful and kind with a smile on their faces. The hotel is somehow old, no fridge in the room and our first room the AC was not working so we had to move to another o e, so make sure to check when you reserve. The variety on breakfast is not wide but good quality and taste. Overall the experience was good and satisfying

Good location.. bedroom was tired and in need of some improvements.. bed base was torn and tatty,.. there were 3 windows, only one was clear, the glass in the other two were in need of replacement as you were unable to see out of them and didn't let light through.. The restaurant was slightly inadequate for the large volume of guests. Breakfast offered a good choice, unfortunately I wouldn't say that the evening food was that nice for the cost.. The staff were extremely good and helpful, nothing too much trouble.. Overall, I would stay here again, but would look a little further afield for the evening meal..

2nd stay here, this time we had a double room not superior. We may have just been unlucky, but bed and pillows definitely not as comfortable as superior room, but was very clesn. Staff were very helpful both on check in and during a busy breakfast service. Breakfast was excellent once again and can recommended the omelettes. Excellent location, and although parking is extra its only £5 and you get full day the following day as well. Would stay here again, but probably book a superior room next time.
