The staff were so friendly and welcoming, from the reception team to the bar and restaurant team- they looked and appeared happy in their work. I would hope the hotel recognises their professionalism and their hospitality.

Good location and a comfortable stay overall. The hotel is a little tired in places and there were lots of dogs around, but the bed was really comfy and we slept well. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice and was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Lady hosting breakfast was lovely, a highlight of the holiday being greeted by a lovely person.

Great location near the marina, shops and beach! Stayed one night, the room was comfortable and the free drinking water refill in the lobby was super handy. Parking was safe and a good price as hotel guests (£5/day).

Came here with two young kids and my husband. I can't fault it. If you like being close to the beach, this is perfect. The staff were incredibly helpful and the hotel itself was perfect for what we wanted. Also, very close to everything you need. Already planning to come back next year!

Generally the hotel is calm and friendly as the environment, all the staff were helpful and kind with a smile on their faces. The hotel is somehow old, no fridge in the room and our first room the AC was not working so we had to move to another o e, so make sure to check when you reserve. The variety on breakfast is not wide but good quality and taste. Overall the experience was good and satisfying

I've stayed here a couple of times previously and find the hotel well located to access the M4 and Swansea city centre. It has easy access to a wonderful beach and the marina with nice surroundings overall. The parking is very convenient and easy with ample space and located in front of the hotel. The staff are wonderful and helpful, with a special mention to the housekeeping staff led by Sarah and the front desk staff who very kindly made me Guest of the Day, which was very nice touch and greatly appreciated. The rooms are comfortable and quiet with comfy beds, though the air con units can be a little loud when in use. I always enjoy my stay here and intend to stay again.

A clean, spacious room overlooking the marina with all the expected amenities. The buffet breakfast had a wide selection together with the option of cooked to order options. The hotel certainly lived up to expectation, a shame Swansea didn’t.
