Due to a fire the day before we arrived, many of the amenities available to Altitude upgrades were not available. The adult pool was cloudy the entire time and the swim up bar never opened during our entire 7 day stay. The staff really worked hard to make up for the affected amenities, but not having two restaurants, made the week a little boring with eating choices. A complimentary Altitude upgrade for our next trip would be adequate to make up for the unfortunate circumstances and our minds warranted. This is our second time to this resort and we hope to have a third trip soon.
