The pull out mattresse on the sofa was discussing it was full of bread crumbs and tiny seeds ! We were not sure if they were eggs from a bug of some kind. There was only one sheet for the bed and a light blanket. Only one extra pillow. I had to sleep on the couch itself because the mattress was too dirty and couldn’t sleep at...

“I have a service dog. The breakfast lady harassed me for being in the dining area with my service dog that was leashed and sitting quietly. She complained to the manager who also harassed me. I will never go back to holiday inn.”
