We loved our stay and would return! The bar/lounge area is lovely and inviting. Super location to get to Lenox and Stockbridge. The rooms are motel style which isn't ideal and there are stairs/no elevator. Next time I would request an "even" room so as to not face the highway. Plentiful and easy parking.

Hotel is beautifully decorated, I stayed one night and it was perfect. Dinner was delicious and the tea and cookies outside were wonderful. I saw people enjoying beautiful cocktails too. Overall the room was beautiful and showering with Le Labo products was a great way to end the day!

So much to say. How they transformed a “motel” into an upscale kind of inn. Beautiful artful touches everywhere from the living room/library setting with fireplace to intimate restaurant. Outdoor patio seating with fire pits and lovely artful touches everywhere. Plus, they welcomed my dog! A real find.

Very comfortable stay due in large part to the attention paid to guests. You never had to go far to get a question answered or help. I also value being recognized and therefore not feeling like just another anonymous visitor. A real bonus was the quality and outright deliciousness of the food- there was no reason to wander and look for any other meal option- you could stay "home" and be completely satisfied. Bravo, Bershires Untold!

Very cool hotel. Nice lobby, with bar, restaurant, library/sitting room. Easy check-in/check-out. Stylish rooms - built from an old motel but with attractive updates. I stayed for a short time, this had everything I needed and was reasonably priced. Room was a clean, had a comfy bed, was quiet, and very friendly staff to greet me both when I checked in and out… with yummy coffee in the morning. It’s a basic stay, but everything you need. Would definitely recommend!

I found the staff to be great and the location was convenient for exploring the area. I had a nice dinner in the restaurant and enjoyed the outdoor patio. My main concern was the value for the price was not what I'd expect. However, at a lower price point, I'd stay again.
