Building recently renovated. I stayed two nights separated by about a week. Both rooms lacked towel bars adjacent to the lavatory, and such are needed. Toilet paper holders were poorly mounted to wall, I expect they will pull out and fall on the floor. Same for towel bar in the shower area. Breakfast was good, and staff was helpful. I'd stay there again.

The unit is new in the last year. Well maintained and the breakfast was an actual full breakfast. Coffee was the best I have had. We will stay there whenever we are traveling to Chicago or any chance we are near.

Clean room. Fast check in. Nice staff

The property was not clean. We should have been alerted by the cleanliness of the outside of the facility. The was trash lying all over the grass/parking lot. The room was not particularly clean/properly maintained. The lamp kept flashing on/off all night. Cracked lampshade. There was no water in the tub/shower. Imagine waking up preparing to shower and find there was no water to cleanse yourself!!! This was not the same hotel advertised on the internet. It was old and dirty. Only the lobby area was clean.

Excellent!! Cody was great at the front desk, Amy and Sarah were great at the bar/food.
