After we checked in and our kids were changed to go swimming we went to the pool only to find out that someone had literally pooped in the pool, like 15 turds all over the bottom of the pool. Alerted the front desk because they were unaware, so they closed the pool and refunded our money because that was the main purpose of coming to Dayton a day early was so our kids could swim and we would be in town the following morning to go to the Air Force Museum. Staff was very apologetic and nice even though it was not their fault! They were great.
