“Lovely clean large room. Great tv with a superb picture. Plenty of tea / coffee and biscuits welcome tray. We were surprised how quiet our sleep was, the pub below was busy but no sound from it. “All staff welcoming and unobtrusive. As staying guests we also had a table for the pub food, which was excellent - good selection and different portion sizes. We had a 3-course evening meal and the cooked breakfast. Served quickly - hot and tasty. Coffee served with breakfast was really good.”

“Characterful thatched inn in countryside location. Comfortable room & good breakfast.”

“Good central location with plenty of space in the room and excellent parking. Lightening was insufficient since bedside lights broken or no bulb. Upgrade of interior (one of the 2 rooms) would benefit the property especially for the cost charged.”

“Great staff, lovely environment and super place to stay.”
