“FANTASTIC HOTEL. The location, the service, the bar and restaurant were all truly 5 star. Woke up this morning after truly good sleep in massive room overlooking the priory and ruins. The reception staff was simply wonderful, just little things like letting us have a coffee and a croissant when we came in to drop suitcases off before check in time. Little drink tokens on the house, to be enjoyed in a truly gorgeous bar & restaurant. We loved everything and will be back 😊”

“Good for the price”

“The staff were exceptionally helpful. The food was excellent. The Lodge itself where you stay needs some tlc on the outside, although the rooms themselves were good and well maintained, if a little dated. The stairs down to the room where I was weren't that great and the entrance to the steps was blocked by a car, so had to squeeze by. A great place. The golf looked good and the swimming pool was excellent although the stairs down were very slippery.”

“I was given sad, dated awful room that looked like it was only used if they had to! It was next to the very creaky stairs and it sounded like there was a family of giants above. Also the window was right next to the brewery delivery so my Saturday lie in didn't happen. Staff were miserable. Location good for access to beach and town and pool etc looked nice but I didn't use them. Not so sure about the singer on Friday???”

“Es un hotel viejo al que le falta renovación. Exteriormente está bastante decaído. Interiormente también le falta renovación. La habitación era amplia aunque en un 3er piso sin ascensor y con muchas escaleras angostas.”

“Un hotel con mucho encanto y precioso diseño. Habitación amplia, luminosa y con todas las comodidades; espacios comunes elegantemente decorados.”
