“Nice accomadation only minutes from the beach. Our room was small so I would recommend maybe having one with a balcony, We had breakfast on the last day which was nice. Plenty of other beaches or towns easily reachable by walking or train so although parking was slightly limited it's not really an issue.”

“It was a lovely property very close to the beach and Paignton 10 minute walk into centre. It was on a busy road which was a bit noisy at night but with the windows closed it was fine. We were provided with a fan which kept us really cool. I would recommend this place. I think it’s really nice for a breakaway owners were really helpful nice breakfast all you could ask for🙂 a big smile”

“Set in beautiful grounds was lovely to sit at the top of the gardens with a glass of wine taking in the view. Nice room, not particularly big. Everything was well maintained and very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was great both evening and breakfast. Would definitely stay again if in the area.”

“Claire and Chris our hosts were both very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. A great welcome after our 6 hour drive! The car pass was all ready for us to park our car, our room was ready too. On arrival we were offered tea and coffee and a great choice of chocolate bars! Perfect!
Breakfast was absolutely delicious with lots of choice hot and cold.
The views from the guest house are beautiful. There are lots of restaurants nearby within walking distance.
Nothing was too much trouble....
