“Great”

“This hotel made my first trip to New Orleans absolutely amazing—it was clean, beautiful, and offered excellent customer service. They feature valet parking and a lovely bar in the lobby. The staff treated me wonderfully, and there was a beautiful little touch: "there was a record player in the room," complete with vintage vinyl records featuring jazz and blues music. I didn't even want to leave the hotel because it had everything right there. 5 stars!”
