For a one night stay, this is an incredible experience. Hyatt Regency never disappoints, we came into town early and we got an early check in and then they held our luggage when our train wasn’t leaving for hours and basically was everything I could ask for and more. Everything was really nice. The location was very nice for the concert. We easily walked there. The only things that could have been better were, having to pay $50 a day to park, and the hour long wait to get on the crazy elevator system to our room after the show.

This was my third stay at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans, and once again it did not disappoint. Every visit has been a great experience. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect. What really sets this hotel apart is the staff—they are consistently friendly, professional, and make you feel like royalty from check-in to check-out. Their hospitality is second to none. I look forward to staying here every time I'm in New Orleans. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay on this property immensely. It was amazingly clean and the views of the city were beautiful. Having several restaurants on the property as well as a Starbucks and Dave and Buster's was definitely a plus.
