“Nice to have coffee and muffins an hour before the excellent breakfast choices. We sat by an outdoor fire one night and played board games the other night. A true retreat from the daily grind. “I was traveling to the area for a wedding at a local resort and spent two great nights at the Colonel Spencer Inn. Hosts Tracy and Jim are kind and respectful and offered to assist with my luggage. I slept very well in the comfortable bed. Even though the weather was less than ideal, it is in a beautiful setting and I want to stay there again. I had two delicious and filling breakfasts and I appreciated the snacks, coffee and tea bar, and beverage fridge filled with water bottles.”
