The only thing I did not like were the pillows., they were lumpy. Breakfast was excellent. We definitely recommend staying at brandshatch!!!”

“Had a really good stay here, everything you needed was in the room which was very clean, very warm and shower was excellent. Good choice for breakfast as well and meals in the pub where of a very high standard. We will definitely return to the King and Queen 😀”

“We always stay here when visiting family. The hotel is well situated for our purpose. The room options are varied as we sometimes need two bedrooms to accommodate grandchildren. The staff are always friendly, and the room rates are always very favourable.”

“La persona que me recibió en recepción fue muy amable, pero a pesar de anunciar el desayuno, no había posibilidad de tomarlo. Al final pagando 7 GBP me llevaron algo para desayunar al día siguiente, pero ni siquiera me pusieron cubiertos para poder untarme la mantequilla. El armario no tenía ni una percha y la balda para dejar la ropa no la han limpiado nunca. ”

“The facilities were clean and it was a lovely stay. My husband and I enjoyed the food. There was an abundance of food at breakfast and the staff were lovely. I was looking forward to using the jacuzzi at the spa but sadly it was shut. we will return again. ”
