“La persona que me recibió en recepción fue muy amable, pero a pesar de anunciar el desayuno, no había posibilidad de tomarlo. Al final pagando 7 GBP me llevaron algo para desayunar al día siguiente, pero ni siquiera me pusieron cubiertos para poder untarme la mantequilla. El armario no tenía ni una percha y la balda para dejar la ropa no la han limpiado nunca. ”

“The property was directly across street from main train station which takes you into London. Family room too small for family of four. No space to walk around bed. Expected 2 twin beds and a double bed but got one twin bed and a cot which was between the twin and double bed and you had to crawl across bottom of bed to stand on whatever space that was not occupied by suitcases. This should be a triple room rather than a quadruple family room ”

The attention to detail is second to none throughout the whole property. The place is sparkling and spotless. Absolute pleasure to spend time there, relax and unwind. We will definitely be visiting again.”
