Overall, the room was clean and the included breakfast was generous and delicious. The only concerns were a bright green light from a ceiling-mounted device that made it difficult to sleep and receiving a parking ticket despite registering our vehicle. Aside from some splatter on the blind behind the sink, the room was well maintained. With those issues addressed, the stay would have been excellent.

The room was spotless and lovely ( thank you, Hayley), but the corridors leading to it? They were airless, outdated and felt grubby. This is such a shame, as everything else was lovely. The Green emergency light in the room is very bright, but could this be sheltered, without affecting its use?

This type of accommodation is why I love to stay at less corporate type places. It was different, comfortable and had lovely decor. But by far the best part was the wonderful young lady who was serving breakfast, she was friendly and kept me topped up with coffee while I worked. It is the first time I have ever nipped to the loo only to come back to a full cup of coffee without asking. What a lovely surprise. I am so sorry I have forgotten her name but I will never forget her excellent service.

Overall a very decent stay with a good bar and restaurant with an excellent breakfast line the morning. The rooms could do with a small freshen up looking a bit tired, but it was very clean and tidy.

location nice, rooms hot in summer. doors in halls of hotel need cleaning/paint, looking scruffy. Staff in restaurant especially during breakfast inefficient. took more then 30m to get yoghurt served.... other tables with 6 guests were served 2 dishes each in meantime. waitress should identify better the customers i.e. business travel single person or 6 guests on holiday. staff at night waiting behind bar, almost felt like they avoided contact with customer. If it weren't for the kind gentleman that checked me in, I would not have been able to order any food at around 8.40pm. especially the long wait in the morning would not make me consider the establishment again during business trips. If you are on holiday it would be worthwhile to consider I guess.
