“Check in was annoying as I did not get my check in directions and I came well pass normal check in time. I had to call for help which required having to deal with stupid Ai technology. Once I did get my room, I went to it and it was still dirty and uncleaned with a the bed messed up and trash everywhere. I had to call Ai help again and get a new room. This was after an exhausting day and just wanting to go to sleep. The company took $50 off for the inconvenience...whoopty doo! If everything...
