“The laundry detergent used for the bedding and towels caused my partner and I to break out in hives. Also, when returning after dinner on our first night there was a black bear in our front doorway rummaging through the trash. When we drove up to report this to guest services they seemed unbothered. They did say they would come clean up the mess but trash should be secured for the safety of the guests and bears alike.”

“Close to convention center. Sushi train a couple of blocks down is really good.”

“The space was clean and clean smelling. No forever chemicals! Thank you. There was an issue with a pump, but it was taken care of in a timely fashion. Beautiful location. Great stay. Thanks.”

“I booked this place for a 3-week chronic pain program and had to leave within the first hour. There was visible mold, it was filthy, and nothing matched the listing photos. I requested a refund immediately they refused. I never got my money back. I had to book multiple hotels just to make it through my program. This place cost me a fortune and added stress I absolutely didn’t need. Total scam. Avoid it. gonna have to take them to small claims court. ”

“We felt saying “walk to beach” was deceptive as the property although near the lake, does not have access to the lake. The outside patio and condition of the home is in need of quite a lot of work. Inside is nice and clean but if you want to sit outside it’s overgrown and dirty with containers full of soggy paper and wood smelling. ”

“Host went above and BEYOND to give us what we needed. Even lended his boat when our broke down.”

“Not bad for a basement. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Pretty much stayed here because of lake access. ”
